“Primitive taste” chocolate mousse

Food processor

 

 

Ingredients

 

For two servings

 

1 regular avocado

1 banana

1 ½ tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon tahini

1 tablespoon organic cocoa or carob powder

Some grated vanilla bean (optional)

 

 

Preparation

 

Beat all ingredients together except the banana until they are a firm cream. Chop the banana or slice it in rounds and line the banana in 2 bowls, then a layer of cream and alternate until we have used all the ingredients.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve.

 

 

Cannelloni

 

Ingredients for the phyllo

 

1 yellow pepper

1 cup powdered cashews (in the coffee mill)

1/3 of a regular avocado

½ cup powdered flax seed

Some oil

Some salt

Some paprika

A bit of water if necessary 

 

 

Preparation of phyllo

 

Powder the flax seed and cashews in the coffee mill and then cream all the ingredients in the food processor and spread the mixture on the pan of the dehydrator and leave for about 5 -7 hours, then turn over and leave for another 2-3 hours.  Remove from the dehydrator and cut in 8 cm. strips and then in half, using kitchen scissors.

 

 

Ingredients for filling

 

Finely chopped red or yellow pepper

1 cup powdered walnuts

Some celery

1 garlic clove

2-3 chopped mushrooms

1 teaspoon oil

Salt

Some hot pepper

 

 

Preparation of filling

 

Puree all ingredients together except the mushrooms which are added at the end and mix with a spoon.

 

 

Preparation

 

Stuff the phyllo and serve with tomato sauce or mushroom sauce.
